RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Just couldn't resist buying some moreYour absolutly right, my point is there is no reason for a sell off of this magnitude generally a PP is priced close to the market price of the stock, generally withing .05 cents on small caps so the market adjusting the price down to .50 is irrational at best. if the price held at .7 the pp would be in that ball park if it drops until .25 it will be around .25 selling off in advance of the news release will do you know good and possibly only cause the company to issue more shares which = more dilution for those who hang on. Frankly we don't even know if there will be an offering of shares the company could offer short term debentures as they are forcasting cash flow posative by this time next year (as unlikly as a debt offering may be).
persoanlly if its a stock offering i will try to get in on it, not so much for the stocks as i would like to hold some options to lock in a future buying price.
with a approved production of 2000kg at 7.50 a gram thats 15mil revenue, the numbers to watch in the upcoming financial release is the growth of revenue to tell us how much we can actually sell by year end and give us a good idea of a what the p/e ratio might look like. Using current market price and assuming 15mil rev a year (which i dont think we will hit by jan 31, 2016 but is realistic for sometime in 2016) gives us a p/e of 2.7 which is low. i would expect a p/e by that point of around 7 conservativly which gives a target price of 1.54 or right around anaylst targets.

realistically if we break even by years end thats 7-8mil revenue, which means selling half our crop, the price will respod nicely. all im looking for at this point is that the numbers get better every q.  Assuming rev in q1 stays flat at 500,000 we would need to double rev every consecutaive quarter to reach 7.5mil. if we have 2000 patients smoking 10 grams a week which isnt far off we will beat this target so if your selling now because you want to buy in lower, all the best i hope you make money but if you hold this through the dip or accumulate more and average down i think you cant do wrong at these levels.

of course this is just my opinion,
Cheers and glta
