If oil did go up to 75 dollars, investors will have a risk premium in LTS or the oil sector in general. Hence, it can go up in price but the share price may not go up as much because many have lost a lot of money in this sector. I equate this to the early 2000's some oil companies were doing great but many people invested in other sectors. For instance, the oil sector could be the "avoid" sector for a few years, irregardless of oil prices. Technically companies may need to have a few good years before investors are comfortable with the sector and come back to it.. Unfortunately, I can see this happening in the oil sector. This could be a dead sector similar to 98/99 and 00/01 for 4 years.
