RE:RE:RE:Questions at AGM about Veolia and other matters ?

RE:RE:RE:Questions at AGM about Veolia and other matters ?bill, i doubt Veolia has been playing "hardball" as ORT until very recently was not likely in a position to have final discussions and do a JV...IMO the ITC NR was the signal to say "GO"  sign as IMO the financial risk via the ITC has largely evaporated...that ITC is IMO very strategic to sign a JV with not only Veolia but many other entitities... when i was doing this kinda corporate work EOD risk adjusted financial return forecasts (DCF, NPV, IRR, ect.) drove deals and as the ITC is 0 risk with interest (likely 5%) it is a great deal and IMO drives the JV to a healthy NPV as Veolia's cost based has evaporated via the ITC's....ps i believe unlike brownnoser our expression of dissatisfaction should be viewed by ORT as positive as one more reason to push Veolia (and i expect in private IQ is putting on real pressure)
