RE:RE:RE:RE:Just wondering......What is going on is a guessing game. These are business executives who want to do good things to build a business, so my guess is that this tardiness in dutyfull reporting has to be something to do with third party negotiations. Bankers, Mergers, Joint ventures or as you noted the Wayne aquisition. 

We are invested in a growth industry that works on cash flow, loans and share holders invetments. MEI cash flow is committed and loans are maxed out, so we have to be looking at new investments. Bought deal or some kind of merger, both are delutive which seems to already be reflected in the share price. We will know this week so no need to speculate further.  DF
