I guess that is why the shares trade at .73. 355 million shares = a $259 million market cap. The shares are trading backwards. Debt goes from over $360 million to $334 million the shares trade lower. Maybe one day shareholders will stop selling the shares and the share price will move higher. But that is a year or two away.  For now TBE is still acting and trading (as witnessed by today and Friday) like dead money.
