Mena FinancialsSo SEDAR has the financials out for March 31, 2015....are we officially a shell company now with random Sacoil shares being withheld from shareholders to fund working capital? 

I bought in after the deal took place so looking for your POV from someone who knows this company and maybe what they are intending to do?
