Plan Nord - Investment

Plan Nord - Investment
It would be interesting to hear from GMA on the impact of the investment of the Quebec government in the Lebel-sur-quevillon airport. This investment is part of the Plan Nord.

In the new corporate presentation dated May 2015, I have not seen any reference to the use of the airport (but I found references to roads and electricity).  If this investment from the Plan Nord benefits GMA, it would be an interesting fact to know.

From what I understand, 2 other companies could benefit from the airport: Fortress paper (which currently does not operate since it bought a factory in Lebel in 2012, but is looking to sell its business) and Nyrstar, which operates the Langlois mine and 265 employees work there  (Nyrstar website: https://www.nyrstar.com/operations/Pages/mining.aspx ). Lebel seems to have a population of circa 2250 persons.
