RE:Open letter to Ms. Blancher-Smith
marquis20...............Thank you for taking the time to post this very important message to all members of the mining industry...not just in Ontario but to all concerned throughout Canada.
I like the fact that you backed up everything you said with undisputed historical fact....You're right that something needs to be done ..............if the natives can march to government doors whenever they feel it's important to protest........WHY CAN'T THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE MAKE SOME PUBLIC NOISE AS WELL??
I think it's time that the protesting example set by First Nations was followed up and repeated by the Canadian/Ontario Mining Industry................this will take a bit of backbone to do but the mining industry is well noted for having A BIT OF BACKBONE...
It's just too bad that the backbone is connected to the the a$$ ................and a lot of ki$$ing in the name of the quiet under the table buck continually occurs.
You're right that Ms Kitty needs to be replaced.......she's a bad example for Canadian youth.....a poor manager of the public's trust...re: hydro etc., and the direct beneficiary of the criminal Dalton gang's method of conducting business.
Thanks marquis20 and to all people like you.......Thanks to Tom Morris at Northern Superior for demonstrating that sometimes members of our industry have more than......A BIT OF BACKBONE.
A petition needs to be discussed.......realized...and executed...all in the public domain. A revolt back to honor and dignity and fairness to all needs to occur before the clock stops ticking!!
