I'm voting against the consolidation.  And despite the tempting current valuation, I'm not planning to buy more until I find out whether this consolidation is going through.  I saw Mr. Taylor on BNN an hour ago talking about V.CBX and he doesn't appear to have a clue about the reason behind this consolidation either.  I'm still long though.  Haven't sold a share.
