random thoughts and departurerandom thoughts...where to begin...or end
It's been an interesting 3-months for me being involved with Edgewater and reading SH Edgewater posts. I don't know how many posts i've read during the last 3-months on this site, too numerous to count. i've learned a few things, 1. there are a whole lot of bashers & pumpers on SH., most posters cannot be believed (I know I'm stating the obvious). 2. there are a few good posters on SH, but not many. 3. SH is not regulated (hall-monitors) to regulate the obvious garbage posted by basher & pumper monkeys who take up some people's valuable time.
I just read a post from 'thepbay', probably a great guy/gal, but here's the issue of the two most recent posts:
this is needed (May 26th) post
That chart was one stressed chart, this is what has happened at every up on this stock. It needs to build a base at the 40ish level, then the next leg is a huge one. JMO. GL

My take on YFI (June 2nd) post
I am not back in yet but I held a significant amount of shares for 2 months. When buying stocks on the Venture you really have to understand where the flow of money is coming from and going. Over the last week or two we have had some massive gains on a hand full of Venture stocks. Money is flowing out of YFI and a few others to move into the "IT" plays. Yfi is a great company and I plan on buying back eventually. Right now there are too many other plays that hold potential for "TODAY" not down the road. This is the reason we are seeing YFI where it is. Nothing has changed with the fundamentals, it is all about the flow of money and making more today on the Venture. GL
Here's my problem with these kind of posts. The May 26th post says, 'the next leg is a huge one'. The June 2nd post says, 'I am not back in yet...'. What? I'm going to guess you sold either May 26th or shortly thereafter. Then in the June 2nd post, I read about, why the drop has occured. Wouldn't it have been more helpful to everyone on the board, the reason
why you sold,
when you sold, not why it happened after the fact. This example is just that, an example of 'after the horses have bolted'. I would have been truely interested in reading why you sold as it happened, but instead I read, 'the next leg is a huge one..'. See where I'm going with this?
These boards should be used for sharing of information, both good & bad. Personally, I value a sellers reason for selling as much as a buyers reason for buying, as long as it's backed up with facts and/or sound reasoning. Tellling me on June 2nd why YFI has lost 40% from the top doesn't help me or anyone else. Just noise.
Last night there were a couple of excellent posts from some very knowledgable people specific to why Edgewater was/is the real deal. This I appreciated, the effort of research, knowledge and sharing, very well done, thank you.
I've been in touch with the Edgewater office in Ottawa. Some very good people there, I like the story. I like the business plan. I like the technology. I like each news release put out since early March/2015 when Edgewater was first brought to my attention. In my DD, I believe it's the real deal and expect continued postive momentum in coming weeks/months.
back to SH for a moment...
Since I started posting (very recently), there has been an unrelenting bashing campaign. No one on this board has been or will successfully debate a basher. If you respond to a basher, no matter what your response, the basher wins, you lose. So, for the life of me, why does anyone wish to carry on a dialog with a basher? I will never debate or communicate with a basher. Yes, I understand the homeland security premise of protecting/defending your investment, but really, has it helped? I guarantee you, if you ignore a basher, do not respond to a basher, the basher has no one to talk to and will simply go away. Every day, I read the same garbage from bashers and the same responses from the do-gooders. Ignore them, they WILL go away if no one talks to them. But I know you won't. More noise.
So, I've build a nice position in YFI, average in the mid-high .20's, and have not sold a single share. I've not traded in/out, I easily could have. I'm going to keep my shares until Edgewater has delivered on their business plan. I track, chart & trade approx 110 equities, all on the big board, YFI is my only venture play. I've run with YFI to .60 and down to current levels and am not interested in trading in/out.
I could have written so much more, but what's the point..SH is a dysfuntional broken site, and specifically the SH YFI site, too much noise here. Since I trust so few people, I ask myself, why stay? So, I will leave, I'm done here. I have bookmarked a few of you and will check your posts every now & then.
I want to thank those of you who have provided excellent info and shared that info and good fortune to all who believe in the future of Edgewater Wireless or until they are bought out.
