Almonty will get the mine.....and the shareholder will get the shaft. To summarize how this transaction will affect this retail investor in the short term, "Same sh@t different pile". With 4 board members and 18% of shares there should be less resistance next time Almonty decides to "combine the two companies" with a lowball offer for the remaining shares. My prediction is that Almonty will make an offer before any announcement of financing so they can pick up the remaining shares on the cheap. Why wait for share price to go up before making an offer. After all they tried before. Hope I am wrong. All jmho.
