RE:Something like this needed to happen

RE:Something like this needed to happenVolfram, excellent summary. Just to add some of thoughts:

The current NR is just a first step to reach their goal, the CEO clearly stated that"  We view this transaction as the first step in achieving our desired end result of combining the two companies", meaning they will ultimately still try reach a merger.
They will certainly try to achieve this sooner than later. I would expect them to have this closed the latest when the mine starts producing. They would want full control at that stage.

On the long run this would really establish a very strong global tungsten producer.
The question mark for us all is at what conditons?
I would welcome to be a shareholder of both companies, but am hoping for a better offer than 0.08 CAD. The positive aspect for us is that the other major shareholder all have a higher average share price; that gives me a bit of comfort that the final merger will be done at conditions favorable for us all.

Lastly, I think we will also soon see a NR related to the completed drilling and an improvement of the already excellent numbers.
