The key thing here is that for the past year Theyve been stating that russia doesn't matter.  The last arbitration announcement and his comments below definitly show they do! They are giving shareholders warning that another retrial is looming therefore another few years. I personally think the russia trial matters. Blast me if you want. If you read the document, there's certain things like it was not impartial when it went to the same judictator three times, they were given only one week to decide and you cannot ignore the international laws and decision of the cis! 

Yes canada can decide but can you not forsee the political nightmare it will unveil. Two canadian companies win in canadian court and canadian judicial system freezes kyrgs sole assets! No way !!! It'll go to retrial in another arbitration court where the canadian govt is not involved. Whether they can hold down in an injunction without a mcci ruling is an entirely different matter.
