Serious question about the buyout

Serious question about the buyoutBy now I am sure you have all realized how sketchy this stock is. Right from the start they had investors fooled with production dreams. They did a fantastic job of making the buyout seem legitimate and in the interest of investors. I am surprised they didn't let this go to a penny before the saviour buyout.

Anyways, I have recieved the proxy voting form regarding this buyout and I am very curious to know what other people think. Is there even a point of voting "no"? Thanks.

And yes, if you are curiuos, I am one of the fools who bought in the $1 range thinking this thing had a chance.
