Whitefalcon,

What's your downside to voting no?  If they have enough yes votes, you will be dragged along.  If not, ICL will have to raise their offer price or AAA will have to try to take this to production as many of us had hoped for.  ICL certainly intended to take this to production so I don't think it is a pipe dream.

Are people afraid that if this gets voted down that we will never see $0.50 again?  Unlikely.  ICL wants it too much at this point.
