RE:RE:RE:RE:Higher Volume
Hey Bay, i get it. I had a frank conversation with RW. He is very approachable. You may be happy to hear he is showing real leadership, he reduced his compensation package by 40%
I also confirmed there are no immediate plans to merge forent into another company, more likely to fold other opportunities into forent. This is consistent with the language in the last fin statement. Richard couldnt elaborate as these conversations/negotiations are confidential. Tommorrow is important because we need to move forward on the consolodation or reverse split prior to executing on other opportunities. I was speculating when i said they will need to borrow more money to execute mergers. If you think about it, the money has to come from somewhere, maybe from one of the mergee's, maybe from increased line, maybe increased production? probably a combination.
Anyway, i appreciate your concerns and share them. I am satisfied everyone understands the urgency to implement a go forward plan. I am of the opinion there are multiple opportunities being considered. Afterall, its always important to have a BATNA
best alternative to a negotiated agreement!
cheers Alphonse
PS. i picked up another 400,000 shares, signed the proxy. Its the least i can do to show support.
