RE:RE:RE:RE:relaxing
First off, best post you have ever written on this board Divot. Thanks.
Yes, there are a few small red flags which I agree with. The timelines on their deadlines are dissapointing...they are consistently missed at this point. To be fair, the Laguna one is out of their hands. As for dilution, NO i dont like it at all, but its a fact of doing business. If we had 300M share out I would be a little more concerned but I am hoping that this is the last fundraise at these levels. As for current SP, we were over $1 for about 30min and you talk like we consistently traded their for months. Im not happy with .50 but I also dont act like the company lost me half of my money, its not their fault that the market got so excited on the potential that we overbought the stock (although I do believe that NSP mis-timed a marketing effort that assisted in us being over bought).
As for your claim to more dilution coming....I dont think its immediatly neccessary. In fact as I have stated I dont believe that the company thought this one would be neccessary until they got told by a potential Omega buyer that they needed to own the process. I will again say that this is my speculation only, I have no specific reason to believe this other then it is the only thing that makes sense. If it is true we will see a PO within 2 weeks of the deal closing. I also believe that we will see IMMEDIATE revenue upon closing the P0S deal because I am fairly confident that the facility was already producing revenues from products that we are no aquiring.
Clearly we dont need administrative money because NSP still hasnt accelerated warrants from previous PO's and the entire second tranche is going to the US.....which means we have something to spend money on down there, right?
I know they have received an offer for the PAWSITIVE brand and a royalty on anything sold after that....which they turned down because of the potential (I heard this from a personal friend who is in the know with another publicly traded company that engaged in talks)
Anyway....all in all yes, I would like to have a higher SP, but we dont and Im ok with that. I wasnt planning to sell this year anyway and all it takes is a news release or two of the right nature and $1 will be in the distant past.
Im as bullish as I have ever been here. I think we are going to be the star of the venture over the summer and looking to move to the big board in the winter. Just my opinion...
