Required NR's in the near term as follows:a) additional contracts to complete HPA3 (what is piping and mechnical and gotta wonder why not NR'ed already)
b) additional financing to pay for additional contracts
c) JV with some bigger RMR or FAR related company (i could care less if it is Veolia as i seem them as other big companies as wanting to enter a new market space)
d) revised compensation plan to eliminate the idiocy of potentially gifting one insider upto a 5% ownership interest in ORT (via option gifts or RSU's or DSU's)..if insiders want 5% buy shares on the market and ps the absolute limit should be 2% and i am disappointed in CL for putting that kinda giveaway into a compensation plan
