What happens now................

What happens now................I heard this several times removed.................Gruppo Mexico is out of the running.

So now what...............3 scenerios were mentioned.

1.  Emerita wins the bid.

2.  The Aznalcollar project is put up for bid again.

3.  Back to the drawing board in a handful of years.

Number one would be nice.  The powers that be may think things are too messy..............in effect it was a one horse race from day i.  No way to run a railroad.  It would be great if they gave EMO a chance to prove themselves.

Number two would be unfair as EMO's info would be out for everyone to see.

Number three would be the chickens way out, and stop the bleeding within the decision making process that appears to have some issues, most lof which were illegal and they may want to sweep it all under the rug.

EMO showed up to play the game with their ( Spains ) rules and as far as I can tell there were no flags on the play,  Everything appears to be above board.  They lost out by a few points to a company that likes to play fast and loose with officials that seemed to be of like mind.

The ball is in the hands of the Spanish courts...............if the ball has not been tampered with, it ought to be 1st and goal for all the marbles and no one playing defence.

A law suit may be in order.
