You know I have been around and reading lots of MD&As, assessing the health of the company even when shareprices rose to $0.79. I also know when there are problems. I am not a basher or a shorter; I am one of the most enthusiastic longs on this board.

Even to me, this late filing episode is a huge problem for the company. The mishandling of the situation is beyond horrendous. The only people responsible for destroying shareholder value here are the management team members. As a long term investor, I hold LOY's upper management entirely responsible for this issue.

I don't believe that there is any kind of fraud or serious trouble with the company. However, this leaves a deep scar in regards to shareholder trust in LOY.

Nevertheless, I am still enthused about the business model and business plan. I just don't like the team at the moment.
