At the end of the day, all they have done, WRT the affect on the SP, is add a member to the BOD. This, in and of itself, would not normally change the SP that much. The affect on the SP will come if the relationship with that BOD member results in a material change. While this NR did not generate the increase in SP that some would like, including myself, we now have a quality board member with experience in the pharmacy industry. It is still a building block for the company.
NPH is moving forward as planned. Nothing has changed to indicate otherwise.
It is all good.
