RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger of Almonty / WOF

RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger of Almonty / WOFChizzles, yes you did misunderstand me or I was not clear enough....

I would be thrilled to receive 0,20 CAD in shares of Almonty, but that will simply not happen; the value of the WOF shares would be higher than the Almonty ones. I certainly do not want only a cash offer, since I want to stay invested in this company just like you.

So the only way I see them providing any suitable offer on the short term, higher than the 0,08, is by splitting the offer in shares with additional cash payment. But it would really surprise me if that happens.

I have been doing some DD on Almonty and am now even more confident that their first priority will be to actually bring the mine into production. They really seem to be one of the best teams in the world regarding tungsten mines.

The plan to merge the companies or increase their stake would be handeld in parallel but certainly not at the cost of delaying the project.

Bringing the mine intro production would also give them even more credibility in obtaining major financing options for a merger.

So I think once the word gets out that Almonty is really planning to start the mine asap; we will see the long awaited response in the share price.

I am certainly pleased to have already built my investment in WOF at a reasonable average and will not be needing to add any more shares once the ball gets rolling....

Now all we need is a bit more patience....not easy since most of us have already been waiting for years!!!!!
