This could be related to the halt..."On February 2, 2015, the Company was advised by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (the “Division”) that it has been awarded authorization to register a medical marijuana dispensary under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act (Illinois).This authorization permits the Company to submit a registration package to the Division, and upon their satisfaction, the Company will receive conditional approval for a Dispensary license. The Company is working to submit the Registration within the prescribed 120 day timeline."
