If on the other hand, VPT were to be sold, then the price would only effect shareholders due to the additional shares. Doubt this is an option at present.
At present, I would think VPT is concentrating all efforts on getthing their VMS device installed in as many clinics and hospitals that they can, be it alone (doubtful in my opinion) or together with a channel partner.
Outstanding shares at this time shouldn't matter as much as the actual commercialization of the VMS device in my opinion.
