Shambano1, according to the COS guidance document, the value of bitumen is 60% of WTI. This number has bounced between 60% and 70% over time as COS has negotiated with the Alberta govt. Their royalty is based on the value of Bitumen and it looks like they have settled on 60%.

The selling value of SCO wonders into premium/discount territory during the year so it may net out to zero over the year. For the last few months the premium was $3 to $4. It is now back to zero.
