Neither St.Gobaine Nor Philips Infringed ZMS Patents

Neither St.Gobaine Nor Philips Infringed ZMS PatentsNot sure how you come to the conclusion that anyone infringed on ZMS patents. If they did, then there would have been a decision in Zecotek's favour.

Read the dockets in the link, and you'll see that Zecotek and their partner had to dismiss their claims, and I believe they were lucky that Philips/St. Gobain dismissed their counterclaims as well.

In my opinion, if ZMS insisted on going further, not only could they have not received a positive decision, but they could easily have run out of cash, as they were ordered to pay their own costs after dismissal of their claim.
