tsx venture

tsx venturewe are now in the 4th year of major bear market for small cap companies on Canadian exchage. There are many reasons to think of, like low gold price, oil price......but there is also one Major factor at least imo and that are small companies major controlling shareholders/promoters. When you look at 50% discount of INV market cap to cash on hand and giving $0 value for all other assests and knowing that most of the shares are controlled by so called reputable "first tier" promoter's what is the hope for junior market rebound?
This guys want to do just  anything to force small shareholders who bought in at much higher level to capitulate and sell. I tried to push for protest vote to give message that at least we are not happy with games played, but after looking at vote results it seeme that most shareholders gave up or simply don't care
