RE:AGM Well, well, well.......the shareholders have spoken, and very loudly!!

Last Thursday`s Iberian AGM saw the shareholders overwhelmingly throw out the chairman Morley-Kirk, fellow Brit Hooley and Ven Cote. Bravo!

A new ``western Canadian`` board was elected that included incumbent Pendura.
