I call.ed $25 but not $23.This thing got smacked. 18 isn't to far away. hope you sold when it was higher. they will also prob over pay for the U.S department store their are eyeing and make this even go lower. smart investors know this. stay away for now. but anything under 19 bucks IMO...good luck to holders.
