Here's what we know FOR SURE.

Phillips was buying crystals thru St. G.
ZMS was suing St. G.

Now we know that the lawsuit has disappeared.

Let's SUPPOSE that St. G. was infringing on ZMS's patent. ZMS found out Phillips was aware that they were knowingly buying a ripped off crystal.
ZMS secures the Markman and can either go to war with St. G. and pay many millions in fees and take years, OR....

Phillips needs crystals. ZMS agrees to drop any future lawsuit against Phillips in return for a long term commitment to buy from ZMS.
