RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NAR Agree Mike, kind of my point but said, well, more succinctly than me!

Could be looked at as the half glass full/empty scenario....could bode well for some Jr's but most likely not for most...a lot of mistrust and knowledge shortfall hurts the industry and bad news IMO, but yes, lowers standards of what is valuable, really valuable, and that's the known. Speculation does not drive the SP anymore, maybe a little, but not like before, knowns drive the price in this day and age and perhaps that is healthier in the long run.
