At the end of the process, the bidders will be addressing pounds in the ground and in USD; not how much the SP has increased.


As long is there is delineation drilling to add pounds in the ground, I am an advocate of drill baby drill. At the end of the day it is total pounds per share that matter and after that is defined, then it is only about $$ per pound.
