Chilly - No to re-read the latest news release - we all understand that shareholders got pounded up the hoop with 50% dilution and got NOTHING for it. Another 5% or 6% dilution to come IF the pp is filled. The observations about technical deficiencies in resource are very valid and as GE has pointed out a reason why no take out has happened yet. A company like Agnico probably took a look but decided instead to take out a junior with a project in Mexico that did not even have a resource for $170M. Tells you something - but each to his own.
