bad decisions taken

bad decisions takenI never post on stockhouse but as a an extremely disapointed Argex shareholder I wanted to  share my point of view about this mess

I m convinced that current situation can be mainly explained by bad decision taken at the highest level.
The product is awesome, ppg can confirm but I have the feeling that some of the board members are screwing up Argex potential.
3 exemples:
-How a Chairman with 0 experience in the chemistry industry can drive a company like Argex ?
At this level, you need a minimum of experience to be able to take good decision.
--big waste of money--
-Also I do not understand why Argex hired almost 10 people specialised in the construction just after the 10million financing , It is a chemistry company, not the next SNC lavalin. They gave the EPC contract to a company that is supposed to have the ressources to do that job, so why paying more salaries for that, this is a non-sense for me.
--big waste of money--
-Same thing with the RH dpt, why do you need to hire right now 2 RHs people with 30 or maybe  40 employees. I work for a company of more than 300 employess and there is only 2 RH people doing a great job......
--just another waste of money--

The fact that there is no reaction in this dramatic situation tells me that the the Argex team is divided and decision must be taken to fired the useless members of this company. If there is still shareholders reading that, the AGM is the last opportunity to clean this mess, or they might not be another AGM.

Almo
