The Company holds approximately 515,000 net acres of natural gas, NGLs and oil properties located in the Appalachian Basin, primarily in West Virginia and Ohio.

RE:RE:Buy Out or Hedge Fund, Both giving it serious looks! x2He owns mega millions of shares, and yes he has, or represents someone who has, very deep pockets.  

Naked shorting of penny stocks is easy and requires nothing, if you have the required access.  

Liquidity is necessary for someone in his position.  When AR breaks out, he will need sell orders for his acquisition of shares.
