RE:nice lil run

RE:nice lil runSitting tight on my position.

I think any metrics such as "per flowing barrel' are somewhat flawed here as zero capex dollars went into the Wapiti assets (in terms of drilling) since last year. So production could easily be boosted with a few capex dollars and distort all these measures.

Q2 will offer some clarity in terms of profitability going forward. The market definitely liked the debt easing off...which also puts off the table a dilution through a share issuance.

DEE talked about farm-outs and other deals to get external capital in order to boost their drilling. Again, at these prices, not much reason to drill as it is simply not profitable.

Thankfully, their wells have surprisingly low declines for shale...I am curious to see how the new one will perform as they stated they would tweak a bit the completion design...

Wait and see mode...definitely nice to see the bump...we could see it drift lower or higher for a while without much news in terms of fundamentals; no reason to get too excited or too worried. Still a hold IMHO. GLTA!
