NR - Airborne Geophysical Survey Identifies New Drill Target
NR - Airborne Geophysical Survey Identifies New Drill TargetI haven`t looked at the detailed NR as yet (I only took a quick glance at the maps for a few seconds). It looks like the geophysical work was extremely successful. I might post a summary of my observations later today or tomorrow, once I have looked at the details and had a chance to think about the new info. I`m especially glad that they are starting to demonstrate a structural connection to the 2 giant mines to the south (over 800 million ounces of silver, plus other metals). It only made sense that there was a connection. Now, potentially, they are starting to demonstrate it.
Here is a little bit from the NR:
"The magnetic / radiometric program has greatly assisted Northair's technical team in identifying new targets and defining the structural framework of the La Cigarra district; a critical element in the understanding of the overall mineral system," commented, Andrea Zaradic, President & CEO of Northair. "Results from this Program have also provided important information for refining future drill programs that include targeting newly identified structural intersections that hold promise of hosting new mineral zones.
These defined targets not only bolster the exploration model, but demonstrate the likely structural connection of La Cigarra to the San Francisco del Oro (Minera Frisco) and Santa Barbara (Grupo Mexico) operating mines, located approximately 20km south of La Cigarra."
