I like the employee encentive program it gives them an ownership which I belive benefits everyone and keeps the employees that might leave for greener pastures. I'm not interested in saving a few million so we can try unproven people as WR suggest. we need the right ones now to execute. This team is proven. Saying this I will also say this quarter will most likely disappoint in terms of revenue and I suspect this will be the bottom. Slow and steady from here on in but more depressed stock price before improvement. My conviction is weak on the last point and I will hold my current position
