I will vote NO; I believe we will get a second offer, Ohara never laid out 400 million for nothing, they intend on bidding for the company, I believe they are doing there due dilligence right now. I would think in the next week we will Know the conclusion of there assessment. I have 100000 shares and do not see any better places to invest my money at this point.
