RE:Convalo is debt free - that's hugely importantHey Sussana..great post.  I'm in same boat with you and long.  In additon to your observations, what I like about this one is that the managment team have found a private sector solution to a public sector dilemma...accessing insurance to pay for services.  Granted money comes from insurance companies, and families pay, but I sure wish simialr kind of thinking could be  exported to the health sector in canada - we still pay through taxes.   Not only would services be improved, and the quality of life changed for many people,   but you and I would have opportunity to invest in an opportunity to improve our own "lot".  Premiers and Harper - take notice!
