In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

You are both right, but the junior oil & gas exploration space on the venture has always been rife with this garbage.  we are where we are, all I'm saying is that there is potential for this being the last dilution.  This opportunity isn't what it used to be, we are all down on our knees but this was always inevitable.  we all knew the cash burn 12 months ago and they weren't going to pull in spending.
