Royal better than TD?

Royal better than TD?
Ventured into small caps and planning to venture out! LOL

A "boring" bank that has been beaten up with the CDN dollar and market is where I'm heading
to reshape portions of my portfolio.  High growth was my aim a few weeks ago but it seems to mean, high stress and I don't want that.

I'm thinking Canadian banks : Royal and TD specifically (based on value)

I've done well buying when everyone had given up on good companies (picked up CN and Bell when they had fallen off of favor)  On a first pass, TD and Royal both seem to be great values at these points. Timing is off (not sexy stocks) but I prefer to set my investment and not worry about trying to follow the stuff daily Maybe checking it monthly or so.

Is Royal better than TD and why?

Thanks!  Happy Investing!
