These companies operate in a similar space. To me UR's advatange is the people they bring to the table, their relationships with premier organizations and supports, and the ability to service their equipment in space (which they've already proven). I also believe their imagining, download capabilities and equipment specifications are stronger but I am not a technical expert. I believe in the space and their plan to further grow their product offering with addition cameras and data sets (including cloud penetrating radar).

It's hard to speak to risk reward when "Space is hard" (i hate when they say that) and risk is inherant in this line of work. I see their plans for publicity and short term time horizon for profit as potential boons for the stock price.
