RE:RE:25% downThis, in my opinion, is not whether management cares about shareholders, I believe they do.

Thing is, the measures they are taking now, due to their inability in executing the financing, should have been put in place 12 months ago.

It's a bit late isn't it?  How much money did they burn through over the past year that could've been saved would they have cut costs same time last y ear?

Hopefully things work out, but seeing they weren't able to raise funds at these low prices isn't encouraging in my opinion.  Good luck to all here.

Bad news? I think this news is way better than the last release. It also shows that management cares about the shareholders since they decided to cancle the horrible share dilution. salary cuts, laying off staff, possibly selling mining properties and licensing their technology sound very good to me in the current situation.
