RE:RE:RE:RE:Accumulating the sharesI can't understand why people would decide not to tender. I'm with you streibs on the fact that I thought this company would be worth way more than $5 one day, but when management wants out it's time to join them. Why would you even want to own shares of a co that management has conceded will likely not be worth more than $5 anytime soon? If they thought in a year or two it would be worth $20 a share there's no way they would recommend selling. Lead times are just was too long to predict any sort of breakout in share price. Take the $5 a share and move on.
