Observations

ObservationsA lot of good stuff!

Some highlights:

1) 100% Northair

Northair property areas covered by the geophysical program are all 100% owned by Northair, thus also are the newly discovered targets.

2)Deep-seated intrusive bodies

High probability for La Cigarra to host high grade polymetallic veins and skarn/replacement bodies similar to other giant mines in the area – the large regional mines seem to be spatially related to La Cigarra.

This is what I thought (or at least was hoping to see), but now we have magnetic data to better support this theory. Of note, the 2 mines south are very rich with gold, silver, copper, zinc and I think lead also. Santa Barbara goes down to 900 metres of vertical depth and is still open.

The primary deep-seated instrusive body at La Cigarra appears to be in the area south of the current resource area (south of Las Carolinas).

See map 1 below.

3) Intrusives (other)

Intrusives can be mineralized both within the intrusive and outside. They can also be mineraized at the contact zone. In addition, intrusives can be buried quite a bit below surface.

There seems to be numerous intrusives at La Cigarra – in some cases, accounting for some of the highest grades. Some intrusive locations are (see maps 2 and 3):

*upper west side of San Gregorio

*southeast of Las Carolinas (partly supporting the new drill program)

*possibly at Las Venadas (east of the original 2 Las Venadas drill holes – this could explain why the 2 original Las Venadas holes were not as rich as anticipated, despite Las Venadas soil and rock samples being very positive at surface)

*La Colorada

``Detected several circular magnetic highs interpreted to be related to intrusives emplaced into favorable host sediments.``

4) Ram Zone (3.8 km structural target)

See map 3.

``Of particular importance is the 3.8 km long north to northwest trending linear magnetic low in the center of the image. The Company believes this linear magnetic low represents alteration superimposed on hornfels sediments along a north to northwest trending fault. This north to northwest trending structure intersects a north-south trending fault that controls a strongly mineralized target within the Ram Zone.``

5) Nogalera – 3 km target?

It appears to be a 3 km skarn target – see map 3.

``Identified potential skarn development above a proposed intrusive stock along a north-south trending fault structure.``

Skarns are often found within the contact zone (next to an intrusive) which appears to be the environment we have here. Skarns can be large or small and be rich with copper, zinc, lead, gold and other metals. Skarns are also prominent on the 2 large mines to the south.

6) West side of San Gregorio intrusive

This intrusive (west of the fault line) appears to have significant discovery potential also (map 2). It`s not scheduled for first round drilling. Perhaps they can test it later.

7) Cigarra 7

``Mapped potentially important fault structures below alluvial cover that line up with the San Francisco del Oro and Santa Barbara mines mineral trend- La Cigarra mineral belt model.``

This could turn out to be another significant discovery within our district property.

Alluvial material is essentially loose material. Sometimes one can find alluvial gold near streams and such. In this case, the alluvial material is simply loose soil, I think.

There appears to be 100 – 150m of alluvial soil all over Cigarra 7. However, below the alluvial material, there appears to be important fault structures that have been covered up.

``The main feature identified from the magnetics is an elongate magnetic low that matches the shape of the proposed buried anticline.``

The Ciggara 7 area seems to be one of the keys to connecting the structural link from La Ciggara to the 2 big mines to the south.

``Postulated instrusive center at depth.``

The Ciggara 7 target is 5 km long.
