Price consolidation

Price consolidation
to the 50 day moving average which is at approx 8.56.  Hoping to see a bounce from here.  The price objective in the point and figure chart is currently at $13.00.

I believe that Medical Facilities Corp (T.DR) is in the same business of operating surgical centers.  Are there potential synergies of combining it with Nobilis?
