It's not.  All the negatives are factored in at this price but none of the positive.  This was a true capitulation!    Once the dust settles and *some* good news comes out, this stock will be fine (from here).  It will take a LONG time before it regains $30 but a very short time before it reaches 75 cents. That 10x current close of 7.5 cents.    Could it tank to 5 cent tomorrow, yep, not concerned over the short term, the assets and revenues are there.  Students are in the schools and revenues continue to come in.   

Hey, but don't follow me - I have a few DELISTED stocks and only a true rookie would try to catch a falling knife! . LOL
