RE:This won't end well...i agree 100pct, its quite frothy out there, ACQs inventory was quite bloated last quarter which will affect margins IMO, i think there was overexuberance when last Q was released and they said Q2 would be better than Q1 and everyone got excited thinking good times were back, but that is just due to seasonality and of course Q2 will be better, but lower than Q2 of last year..stock still expensive and there is alot of growth baked in to the numbers which might not transpire..also I think the Automotive Group REIT is negative for ACQ, Dilawri will have more cash to make more acquistions and as well now has low cost of capital REIT to fund the RE portion of deals...I beleive ACQ does not own its own real esate, much of the real estate if owned by Pat Priestner (Auto Group) , so if an ACQ REIT was created the benefits would not go to ACQ shareholders...also if ACQ does not announce an acquistion within next few weeks (45 days from call was timing) there could be some pressure on stock
