As such, HOD employs absolute leverage.

Its why the game of shorting oil is a risky one. Right now we are in a tug of war between the bears and the bulls, with no clear winner. Goes one way then the other. There is a tipping point though, which i feel will go to the bears. It will take about a month for this to happen.
